Fairbanks is putting on a community celebration for our nation’s 250th birthday, and Steve Brown and the Bailers are glad to be part of it.
We’ll play a free show at 2:00 p.m. at Griffin Park—but first, at 1:30, we’ll be trying something new: providing live music for a contra dance. Caller Abigail will guide beginners of all ages through the steps, so no experience is necessary.
The day also includes yoga, Native Games demonstrations, poetry, food trucks, and more. See the poster below for the full schedule.
